Day of Atonement: Yom Kippur

Product Number: DOD1891

The streets of Jerusalem and the Jewish Quarter of the Old City are still. In fact, in the Jewish regions all over the country there is a sort of holy hush on the Day of Atonement: Yom Kippur. In biblical times, Yom Kippur was a day of national repentance. And since that time, the Jewish people have observed this Day of Atonement by confessing to God and each other both their personal and national sins. Mart DeHaan and Jimmy DeYoung returned to the Holy Land to consider what this holy day of Yom Kippur can teach us.
